Hartigan, Janice Chamberlain and Representative Bryan Hurlburt made an
appearance for Non Profit week at the capital on February 18, 2009. Bin, a
self-advocate, was joined by Jeff, Alexandra and Janice, who came out to
meet state representatives and lobby in support of government funding for
individuals with disabilities.

My
name is Sung-Bin. Most people just call me Bin.
I was born in
South Korea, but have lived in the United States since I was four years old.
My parents adopted my
sister and me.
They fought hard to get me a good education and teach me how to be independent.
As I got older, they chose Camp Horizons to help me grow even more independent.
