  • IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
    RETURNING CAMPER
    NEW CAMPER
    • Send $50 deposit for each weekend selected. A confirmation letter will be sent.
    • No reservation made by phone will be held for more than 48 hours without a deposit.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Complete paperwork as indicated on confirmation letter.
    • Paperwork must be returned by date indicated on confirmation or your camper may not be allowed to attend.
    • If your camper has not attended camp within the past year, call ext. 11 and ask what forms are needed to update file, then follow above instructions.
    • At least 4 weeks prior to the weekend selected, send in the following paperwork completed:
      - Information form
      - Health history form
      - Parent/provider skills check sheet
      -Teacher/supervisor check sheet
    • You will receive a phone call to complete the approval process.
    • You will not receive a phone call until all paperwork has been submitted.
    • Do not send any money until your camper is approved. Your check will be returned to you.
    • No space will be held until all paperwork is submitted.
    • Upon approval send deposit along with:
      - Medical report form
      - Medication information form
    • First time campers may not register for New Year's Eve.
