Thank you for your interest in Camp Horizons!

We offer a Residential Summer Camp and a Weekends in the Country program October through May for children and adults who are developmentally disabled.  For both programs there is an approval process for all new campers.

To begin the approval process you must submit the following forms:

Forms can be mailed or faxed upon request
Contact Kate Milici at kate.milici@camphorizons.org or (860)456-1032 x. 11 to request forms.

Do not send money now for new campers!
You will receive a phone call to complete the approval process.  Once the camper has been approved, you may choose dates, submit a deposit, and complete the rest of the required forms as follows
