Welcome Back!
I have just picked out the color of our returning
staff shirt and it reminds me of just how close the
summer is!
I am so excited how the staff for 2002 is shaping
up! I mostly excited for a very selfish reason…I will
get to be with all of you for the entire summer…no
new babies this summer, no maternity leave!
My two angels, Jake & Taylor, keep me very busy and
our family feels complete.
Bob, the maintenance person, is completing work
on Cabin 2's bathroom and a hired contractor,
Sean has begun work on Cabin 4's bathroom. Both bathrooms
are being completely rebuilt…I guess this is when
you know that you are truly a camp person…when you
are excited about bathrooms!
We are entering the last leg of our "Weekends" season
with 6 left. Beth Mucci, the Assistant Director of
Staff Services has been travelling around New England
recruiting at colleges like University of Rhode Island,
University of New Hampshire, University of Connecticut
and Springfield College. She will be heading to Fitchburg
State and Providence soon.
Now is the time for any changes we would like to implement
for the summer sooooooo, if you have ideas now is
the time to let me know. Once the summer has started,
it's difficult to find the time to do much else than
the actual program. Please let me know suggestions,
ideas, questions!
